Each company keeps its own domain and brand, with its own administrators, quotas and users.

Hosted in the EU

Servers run in Frankfurt, Germany. Your mail is not stored with ad-funded mail providers.

Secure by default

TLS-encrypted connections, mailboxes encrypted at rest, and mandatory two-factor sign-in for every account.

Works everywhere

Webmail, calendar and contacts in the browser, plus standard IMAP/SMTP for Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile apps.

Privacy policy

We store the messages, contacts and calendars you keep in your mailbox only in order to provide the service. We do not read, analyse, sell or share mailbox content, and we do not use it for advertising. Server logs are kept for a short period (typically 7–30 days) for security and delivery troubleshooting, then deleted. Outgoing mail is relayed through Amazon Simple Email Service in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Account holders can ask their company administrator or privacy@beasymail.com to export or delete their data at any time.

Acceptable use

BeasyMail is for person-to-person business correspondence. The following are not permitted and lead to suspension:

Bulk, marketing or unsolicited email, including mail to purchased or scraped address lists.
Phishing, malware, fraud or impersonation of other people or organisations.
Any use that violates applicable law.

Every account is created by invitation for a known person. Outbound sending is rate-limited per company, and we monitor bounces and complaints. Report abuse to abuse@beasymail.com.
